Call an asphalt contractor and pave over it . it will crack again but that will be in a year or 2 

I am reading books, listening to them on tape, researching local meetings to attend, learning how to analyze properties for potential deals, and so on. 

I think a drywall finisher or plasterer will have just as much time taping and finishing the newly hung sheetrock as they would putting a texture or a coat of mud to be sanded smooth over the old plaster. 

I no longer offer those because of the red tape regulations, qualifying buyers and their ability to repay, etc.

The construction portion of the loan creates a lot of red tape that can hinder your ability to get deals under contract in some cases.
