Anyone ever used this stuff?

I just came across this video and I can see so many uses in rental properties, which get easily beaten up.

- Using the clear coat to finish recently sanded hardwood floors?

- Painting old countertops?

- What if there's an old brick house offered for 10K, because every investor is scared off by that crack in the foundation? Will painting the foundation with this give you many years of unproblematic rental usage?

- Would using this paint once keep the landlord from having to keep repainting scuffed walls and only needing to wipe them off?

- What about painting wood siding with this? Will the house never need another paintjob?

I have not used this and have no affiliation with them. Don't know how much is costs, but I can imagine a good number of uses for things that get otherwise easily destroyed.

Here is the list from their residential tab.  I love the idea of using it on my garage floor.
