Those are the real money makers!

So I reviewed my stats at our current market and noticed we talked to only 60% of the decision makers on our list.

I have a 4 and 5yr old and I could imagine them painting in back of the painter with their makers 🤦🏻‍♀️ Can someone please give me a idea of how it works or am I overthinking things??

I couldn’t refinance without a renter in there  Probably shouldn't have sunk all your money into it then.Just sell it, take the tax hit and go buy something else if this is not going to be a money maker.

Even though they manage, you're still the decision maker.

If you rehab you are better off in GA REIA because of their Deal makers email list and the in-town rehabbers group and email lists where you can get a contractor referal in less than an hour and save big $$ as I have.

While I do provide the refrigerator, the ice maker, should they choose to use it, is their responsibility, including any damage resulting from its use.

In the ones I manage myself, I have them initial the portion of the lease that states they either want to use an ice-maker or not and, if so, they sign that they are responsible for its care and maintenance and any damage resulting from it.   

I'm a pretty sound decision maker, I appreciate your feedback.
