A new build on 1547 Conway just sold for $385k just off it's list price of $399k after 17 days on the market. 2880 Monterey Dr, sold for $212,500 up from a list price of $210,000 in 2 days on a street which is still fairly rough to me.It's easy to fall in the trap of thinking in the past.
