First Multifamily property repair/improvement advice

I am looking to close on my first multifamily property. The property requires a decent amount of work. Nothing too major, but a few cosmetic fixes partial roof replacement and a couple electrical issues are the main improvements required.

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on how to decide what work should I should try to get done myself and how much I should contract out. I don't have much experience myself in home improvements, however I would consider myself pretty handy with basic home fixes.

Thanks!
