Hi, all.I can't find an answer to this anywhere--not just on BP, but by a wider Google--and would be grateful for any insight.We own/live in a 2nd-floor condo, and have a large balcony that we don't use for anything.

People don't always give 5 star reviews based on price, some give them just because they are grateful that the guy could make the furnace work when it's 20 degrees outside.

Get your earnest money back, if she's willing to make you whole for any inspections, etc. you've paid out to get to this point - be very grateful, and move on.The other option would be seeing if she wants to be your first tenant.

Every deal that ive ever done has been with someone who didnt live here in my market.above all real estate has changed my life......i am probably the 2nd most disciplined person that i know.....Because of real estate i started reading books......books changed my life......i started with rich dad poor dad and so on.....its sparked a new journey of self development for me......i get up at 430 and meditate, pray, affirmations, gratitude and then off to the gym.....i gave up red meat a few years back and i currently fast for 48 hours straight, weekly.....im physically a different person from 5 years ago and im grateful for that.......if there was a piece of advice that i could give you, read books.....not even really real estate books......this business is majority mindset.......focus on that and work on your discipline and you will go far........i can gift you RDPD if you dont have a copy

Thanks for the input, I gave him an extra 5$ because I didn't have change, he seemed surprised, but was grateful, I plan on using him for future projects.

(Personally I'm grateful for what you do and think that no veteran should ever be homeless or have to wait or pay for medical care.

The house was a horror; filthy, roaches literally everywhere, a kerosene pot-burner heater in the floor - no fan: just a big grate in the floor, everything in the house was sticky, and there were dead bugs and dusty spider webs in the bathtub.I refused to work there and told her to call somebody else.
