Hi Members,

Hope all is well and everyone is gearing up for Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. My name is Eddie Sorrell and I just recently moved back to the Central KY area, Mt. Sterling to be specific. It has been over 15 years since we left the area, leaving for military service and later working in the corporate sector within Cincinnati, OH. We love it here and looking forward to building relationships within this community.

I had the opportunity to connect to a couple of folks already and grateful for the opportunities that BP brings to the REI community. The resources here are amazing!

Our strategy is to buy homes in the Central KY area (Lexington, Winchester, Mt. Sterling) with the intent to wholesale, rehabilitate and eventually buy and hold for rentals.
