reading a book offers you a chance to think like the writer and knowing @Brandon Turner and following his BP webinars puts his face and voice to the words i read on the book. so i kinda feel like ive been spending a lot of time with him sharing his knowledge and me being a sponge.good stuff man!

Use a Google Voice or other system to track your calls; if you get a ton of calls, it could be a great opportunity!

I thought that this would be a great opportunity to start combining my academic life with my investment life, but I have been having a hard time finding some actionable data.Though I plan to in the future, I don't want to have to build a web scraper to pull this information from an MLS type site.  

Forget the NFL, NBA, MBL, NCAA, PGA for anything but basic conversation knowledge until you can afford Super Bowl and World Series tickets out of pocket change.Get multiple dash cameras and learn to operate for short takes of properties you pass, with your recorded voice for notes.

I use google voice so if I do get a call, the first thing I do is hit four and it's recorded.
