They have scheduled another payment, won’t be received until the 8th, however my husband wants to begin the eviction process even with the payment pending to get the ball rolling in the event we need to follow through.

Because I played ball and did everything by the book and got all the permits etc., they have re-zoned my property as residential/commercial use which evidently was their solution for people not getting the permits but puts me into an entirely different tax structure.

For me, it depends how much I want the seller to accept my offer and how willing I would be to walk away from that amount of money.If I'm playing hard ball on a property I'm not crazy about I might offer $1,000.

Faking a foreclosure would require thousands of dollars in fees, months (if not years) of time, an incredible degree of knowledge of state and national foreclosure rules and procedures and balls the size of a house to expose one's self to the prosecution that would more than likely result from the fraudulent action.
