It's easier to start there than to try to sift through 50 states' worth of potential information.

This site has so much information it's going to take a while to sift through it all.

When you start doing due diligence on potential properties to purchase do you pull permits to know what to replace or do you replace everything new just to make things easier than pulling and sifting through all the permits online?
