New Member Skiatook, OK (Tulsa Area)
Hi, my name is Doug and I am new to BP and real estate investing. My wife and I purchased a SFR rental property in Skiatook last June. We both work full time but would like to be able for one of us to do this full time within the next 5 - 10 years. We are currently looking for a second rental or possibly a house to flip in the surrounding areas. We are just trying to learn all of the different techniques and possibilities that are out there. Currently we are trying to figure out the best way to finance a second rental. This site has so much information it's going to take a while to sift through it all.
