I am looking for recommendations for a painter (interior) & handyman in the Kissimmee/St.

To save $ you can paint it as not all handyman are good painters.

I'm a new realtor here in Sacramento  County looking to network with other individuals that's involved with real estate whether you're an investor, realtor, loan officer, title company, painter, flipper/buy & hold investor etc... 

I get replacement sub.  1) Trash out w/Safeguard - 1 day2) Demo -2 days max.3) interior Painters/Exterior painters - 2 separate crews working same time

Once you get good at it, you can generally do it in about 15 minutes...Btw, as I go through the house, I put a piece of blue painters tape on every little issue I see so that I can send my handyman back to fix things.

We had a painter sanding an 1800's house we bought to repaint and did not handle the lead based paint as required . . . found out the work had been red tagged when we came over. 

He works in customer service, he is not a professional painter.

Hire a painter next time, it will save lots of time and headache.

I do have a painter scheduled but again it barely gets over 50 in the winter months and he strongly advised me to wait.
