Do you think it would be helpful for me to get my real estate licence online?

I got my RE licence to facilitate this goal, and to help other people with their home finding dreams. 

i have my real estate licence and tons of knowledge i just need a local investor who we can partner up i will use my commision so i always have my half 

My idea is to network and exchange ideas, where I can enrich my knowledge and also give my feedback in possible lacking areas.I have an active RE licence since 2004 and practiced Successfully for 3 years, While still practicing RE, I started a concrete equipment sales company in the year 2006, which is very successful today and led me to open 2 additional companies in the related industry, one of them in the USA and another one in Colombia (My home country).

With that being said I'm about 1-2 month(s) out from obtaining my Real Estate Licence in the state of New York, specifically upstate around the Saratoga Springs Area.

I started off as an investor for 11 years before I got my licence - after abut a year and a half of dealing with home buyers, white picket fences, and fussy carpet shoppers -I came to the realization that my preference is to work directly with investors - some of the advantages are that as an investor , I know what many of them are looking for and I understand how to calculate cash flow , rates of return and ROI for people.
