Good morning BP readers! My name is Cody Lee Behn and I am a Commercial Interior Designer from Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I've been listening to audiobooks and trying to expand my knowledge about real estate because I am very curious on the topic and love the fact that people say you get in what you put out when it comes to real estate investing. I am young but love the hustle and going after my goals. To break into the BP world my first question will be... Do you think it would be helpful for me to get my real estate licence online? Is having access to the MLS really that helpful? My thinking is that this process will get my foot in the door and through the process I will gain some formal education about real estate. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks everyone!!
