Finding sold information

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to New York (actually grew up in Staten Island, but have been out West for 30+ years-- now I'm back!) and I'm looking at the Hudson Valley for investing. I've been a realtor for 25 years in 3 different States (CO, ID, & MT), and have always been spoiled by my access to MLS information regarding Solds, Withdrawns, DOM, etc, which has helped me become an expert in my area on values. I'm debating whether to get my Real Estate license, mainly in order to get this information, (though I do love helping people with their real Estate needs) but I'm wondering if there's a simple way to get this information in NY without becoming licensed? I'll probably get licensed eventually anyway, but for now would just like to find the information if I can. I appreciate your help!

Thanks
