In this hot market there is always someone who misses a few grand here and there and someone who can do it cheaper and someone who has lower profit margins.

We chose to lower price because we needed to sell, ours was about 10K difference.The buyers could come up with cash to cover difference if they really want it, you could reduce price by a few grand to entice them.

It's gonna cost a couple grand for the survey so you better make sure it's a good deal and it's going to sell quickly otherwise you're out that two grand and that is why I didn't put it up and ultimately wasn't able to sell the acreage.
