Hello, my name is Veronica. I currently do not have any experience in real estate, however I started looking into it because frankly, I want to do something for myself. I live in the Rio Grand Valley in Texas. My goal is to buy a few homes and have rental income flowing in. I ran into a potential purchase my good friend is selling me at 260k and valued at 360k.  We currently rent, so this would be our first home purchase. This would be where my journey begins and learn how to use equity.
