Chicago Property Manager Experiences - Pilsen, Rogers Park

I have a portfolio of 20 doors, mostly in Pilsen, but also a building in Rogers Park and West Ridge.  

I am looking to migrate my portfolio across to a property manager.  I am interested in hearing everyone's experiences with property management in those areas.  I know from my holdings in other cities, that most property managers are terrible.  However I found great PM's after perseverance.  

I am hoping to skip the learning experience cost of bad PM's this time.

GC Realty & Development, LLC has coverage in the Western & Northwestern Suburbs of Chicago plus multiple neighborhoods in Chicago including Washington Park, Greater Grand Crossing, Hyde Park, South Chicago, Deering, Calumet Heights, Hyde Park, Bronzeville, & Woodlawn. We also have coverage in the loop, south loop, & west loop out to Western. We are open to discuss other areas but we limit ourselves because we want to make sure with scattered sight management we don't over extend ourselves. We see other companies take management anywhere and I know it is tough to provide the level of customer service we expect to provide the larger the footprint a company has. Over the 13 years we have been in business our footprint has grown considerably but it has been at a pace that we can control the service that is needed to back it up.
