Good afternoon all,

I've been interested in real estate for some time now and finally decided to get more serious about it. I bought a SFH last year (in the Port Norfolk neighborhood for those familiar with the Hampton roads area) and I'm renting out two of the rooms and getting my feet wet with landlording. Turns out, I really like it!! I'm putting together a plan to buy a multifamily next and keep rolling from there! Looking forward to chatting with y'all.
