Fight to stay calm... even surmount the crisis completely and turn it into an opportunity.

It was very cool place to swim with waterfalls and a couple of local guys "guided" us up the river about 400 yds and showed us all the cool spots.

Not only can you get mud on your face you could lose money for someone, it happens, so responsibility for decisions is theirs, not mine.It forces them to think, my job is to calm the fears and inform as to general and prudent practice.Start telling someone to put 20K down and then they find they could have gotten it at 10K won't work very long, if it got to involved they might look to you for the errors of their ways too.Keep yourself out of the deal.......or get involved and partner and share the risk and reward, otherwise stay out of it. :)

He was concerned with the practice and thought I was "equity" skimming and essentially planning to defraud consumers out of their money.I came across the Washington State Attorney General's page http://atg.wa.gov/hb2791prjune08.aspx#.UyfgGfldWJEand it does seem that wholesaling could be questionable.Is there ANY legal information/experience someone could provide me with that could help me calm my nerves and get started?
