Neighbor claims I'm destroying the neighborhood

Michael Herr

Getting ready to rent out my personal residence.

Got a call from the next door neighbor upset that I'm:

Trying to profit at the expense of the neighborhood.

Bringing down her home value.

Intrucing a danger to her because she lives alone. (a tenant is more likely to break in her house?)

The neighborhood was built in the '60's, has alot of original owners, and very few rentals. (There are a few more than she realizes)

Anyone else get that?

Since she wants to control how your house is used, ask her if she's interested in buying it.
