I had to the opportunity to meet him in person a few weeks ago at the Synergy Mastermind REI event in BC.

I am looking to build a mastermind group of experienced wholesalers and rehabbers from different markets.

We wholesaled for some time, and when we moved into the multifamily space, we invested into joining mastermind groups, and attending networking events.

Join a local / virtual mastermind and / or local REIA. 

is there a real estate investor community that shows me step by step how to find , analayze , fund and close deals at my own time, from home or mobile; how to scale my real estate business and other businesses all while having the support of a community of experienced and new investors working together, masterminding, partnering on deals online and in person with local meetings?

SC Upstate.I am in a mastermind group comprised of leaders from different Real Estate associations and they all say deals can be found everywhere.

I am looking for a Mastermind group that meets weekly to help me get started in wholesaling.

Do people have any recommendations on masterminds specialized in Philly?  

Some active-duty members in my mastermind have already closed on 100 units or more deals using the syndications structure.
