I am currently working on a condo where moisture got in, walls looked ok and after closing we detected mold crawling and spreading in the back of the walls 4ft high!

I was not advocating that this be a business practice  LOL...And once you move up from flipping houses into bigger commercial type transactions a wholesaler or middle person should EXPECT a buyer will go around them if they detect weakness in the middle man ....

Those algorithmic valuations cannot detect many variables that make all the difference in the accuracy of a valuation.

I Felt like a super detective/super stalker!!!

The meters that accurately detect the parts per million of CO cost thousands and thousands of dollars.  

Even if you did find that home, no listing broker would ever sign a form stating there are no code violations either (as they do not have the expertise to make this guarantee and would have no ability to detect latent defects).

I love my relaxed schedule and the freedom it offers, but I feel as though I should be spending less time sipping tea and reading detective novels and more time acquiring wealth.3-Generate more 'disposable' income to put towards investing.
