I had to call about 15 banks before I found one that would do a 30 year cash out refinance but persistence paid off.

BTW, I barely came out of that deal with my big boy shoes still on, but persistence and exposure ended in a settlement with the offending party. 

I'm sure you'll crush it if you are dedicated and persistent.
