Salutations, I'm 19 years old and getting my feet wet in investing into real estate. What steps should I take to aquire my first multi family property (duplex, triplex, etc). I have some money saved up but not that much ?

Congratulations on the desire to get started!! we got started at 23 by buying a foreclose as a personal property. We fixed it up and when my husband was transferred (active duty) we rented it out. While we didn't that perticular time, we have in the past. This is a great way to house hack a single family. Another option is multi-family where you live in one unit and rent the others out.
