NO HELOC for California rental property

Good morning! BP friends.

I called over 20 bank or mortgage company for HELOC Refinancing rencently. Only one company will do cash out refinancing for the California rental property but not HELOC. The property located in Huntington Beach. If you know any company can do HELOC in this moment please recommend for me if it is ok.

@Account Closed Here’s a few to get you started....Union Bank, Wells Fargo, and PenFed. They all do HELOCs on rentals. Now you just need to call and see which one offers you terms that best fit your needs.
