I am just starting! I've only been learning about Real Estate Investing for the last month or so. I am a sales rep in the Oil and Gas industry currently and I am researching this as a possibility for a career change. My father in law has been in Real Estate for 20+ years and he has been a great help. I am looking forward to networking at ICOR meetings and the Real Estate Investor Success Summit in Denver next month. Any advice is welcome, thanks!

@Gregory Bentley my advice is always to get involved as much as you can locally. Sounds like you're already on the right track. Come to some meetups - there's a North Colorado meetup that @Dan Mackin hosts, and keep listening to podcasts. Oh yeah, and if you're going to buy some properties, do it before you make a career change :)
