I have to agree with you BP is the best real estate site out there - if you have not checked out the podcasts - definaelty check out those wholesale episodes to get you a jump start into your new adventure !

Our action plan is to rehab for 3 weeks and get it on the MLS before April 1st.Wish me luck as I go through this adventure!

Each house is its own adventure, and has its own variables.

When deals come (yes it is feast or famine), my wife hates it because it consumes most of my "off" time, but then she is happy with it when I tell her I just booked a trip for a waterpark adventure for family, or I picked up tickets for date night to a show, concert, or sporting event.
