Hello BP,

I just wanted to post an introduction and a BIG THANKS for all the informative information you guys have here.  I think this is THE BEST site/forum for Real Estate Investment minded people anywhere.

My name is Kevin and I'm a Financial Analyst from Houston, TX.  I've been wanting to get into Real Estate for many years now and finally I think I'm getting ready to take the plunge.  I have already purchased my first home which is the home I currently live in with my wife and 2 kids, but now I'm ready to start to build my business.

I would like to get started with Wholesaling to possibly stack more liquid cash for future investments.  I know it can be tough, but with so much info out there and my tenacity to succeed, hopefully it doesn't take me too long make some kinda traction.

Again, I just wanted to introduce myself, say hello, and thank everyone again for all the feedback and info here at BP!

Thanks
