I am about to begin my dream of becoming a real estate investor for the first time.I found a partner willing to work with me and coach me through the next few months while I learn the business and I am grateful for it.In a few minutes,I will walk into the escrow office and come out a home owner for the first time in my entire life! Our action plan is to rehab for 3 weeks and get it on the MLS before April 1st.Wish me luck as I go through this adventure!
