Eagle Property Partners,LP is a CA limited partnership. After 35 years as a builder/contractor I decided to get on the other side of the fence to build my retirement. My wife and I are doing Real Estate investing in CA, FL, ID, NV, and some other minor markets. 

We are experienced in fix and flips, rentals, and wholesaling. We are now researching hospitality and commercial markets. 

I also have experience in small and large developments, multi residential, and PUD's. From entitlements to design and construction.

Our goal is financial freedom through building businesses and real estate holdings.
