There are no clauses per se that I put in when submitting an offer on a REO.

I would not count on getting more dollars per se for that kind of stuff, but might make your unit look more attractive and rent a little easier in the same range (so might save vacancy dollars).

The deal I closed on:2 bed 1 bath.Asking 20-25KARV 80K35K in repairs estimatedOffered 15K, which he accepted.Closed all cash 18K total with closing costs and taxes.I focus on the SE side of Houston.
