And, yes you'll stumble (I did) but after awhile you'll pick up the lingo and get to know the parks and the market.

I did pay a intermediary $10k about 4 years ago as compensation for turning me on to and acting as broker for a note a bought at a substantial discount, but that particular individual stumbled on to the deal and his efforts at duplicating it have been unsuccessful.

If I stumble on my way uphill as I learn more, I have a solid base to fall back on to keep moving forward.

After doing some google searches and reading a few blogs I stumbled across Bigger Pockets and decided to try and get some advice from the people that're doing it themselves.What's the next course of study?
