Hello BP community!

I am a 28 year old newer investor in the Metro Detroit area.

My limited experience includes obtaining my real estate license, buying and selling two properties(one flip and one short term rental), as well as purchasing my primary residence as an investment.

I have stumbled across BP a few months ago and can't pry myself away. Spending a lot time browsing the forums, reading recommended real estate books and blogs, as well as listening to podcasts, in search of the best strategy and the next steps for obtaining my goal of a passive income vehicle.

I really look forward to building relationships with the BP community, networking with people in my local area...(still searching for a local REIA), as well as learning and sharing pertinent information!
