Hey there! Newbie from New Jersey

Greetings BP forum family,

I'm a completely green but super enthused newbie from Bergen County, NJ (but originally from Connecticut) looking to start in RE. Since I'm still in my education phase I'm open to most of the avenues of RE but I'm currently learning about buy and hold, apartment buildings and what "note" investing is. 

Eventually I'd like to flip once, just for the experience (you never know, right?) 

I've been listening to the podcasts (which are sooo awesome!) and reading some of the articles around the site and I'm loving the learning that's happening here. 

I'm looking forward to the great people and connections that can be made with something as powerful as this!

Hey @Sonja Pope So good to see other New Jersey investors on BP.  @Kevin Hill is great to know, he really knows the bergen county area.  I mainly work from Morris County down to Mercer.  

Anyhow keep an eye out for @Darren Sager.  He runs a great meetup every month that meets in Manhattan and in NJ (forget the location).
