Hey BP...

I'm considered what they call a transplant here in AZ. Essentially, my family has been here since the 80's, not born here, but transplanted :) 

Software sales & digital marketing by trade and fairly new to real estate investing, but hungry to learn and take action now! I had a couple SFR rentals in the past and have purchased a number of primary residences over the years.

I am open to exploring different options in REI to see what suits my personality and skill set with the ultimate goal of buying and holding the right properties for long-term passive income.

I stumbled upon BP surfing the web and am glad to be here!
