In the end I was essentially made whole, but my money was tied up for 7 years to essentially get no return.I guess I'd sum it up to say getting a bigger fund likely increases your chance at honesty, but you can never guarantee it.

All you need is a well defined goal,, a plan for success and  a code of ethics, for both you and those that you work with, that demands honesty, integrity along with a passion for CLOSING transactions; then top it off with a lot of hard work. ( I averaged well over 100 hours a week my first year. ).
