Honesty to you all, I believe i can work a deal with no money down . yes i know it will be hard but im willing to wiork for it , just need tools and infomation to help make this happen

In the end I was essentially made whole, but my money was tied up for 7 years to essentially get no return.I guess I'd sum it up to say getting a bigger fund likely increases your chance at honesty, but you can never guarantee it.

To be honest, I just started a career in Real Estate Services with Berkshire Hathaway and was looking to find information on this site and from other members to gain an edge against other real estate sales people.  

In return, I keep up the communication and honesty.

Guys, sorry for my ramble lol, to be honest I just wanted to say hi and see if there were any investors in my area.

All you need is a well defined goal,, a plan for success and  a code of ethics, for both you and those that you work with, that demands honesty, integrity along with a passion for CLOSING transactions; then top it off with a lot of hard work. ( I averaged well over 100 hours a week my first year. ).

I think John's group has an REI semantics problem (or strategy). 

In all honesty, if your dad is a successful broker, why work for anyone else?
