Hi all!

My name is Solly Kim.  A friend recommended me to this BiggerPockets forum.  There is a wealth of information available here.  To be honest, I just started a career in Real Estate Services with Berkshire Hathaway and was looking to find information on this site and from other members to gain an edge against other real estate sales people.  Its been a few months I've been in, but I'm having trouble recommending buyers to purchase a home right now as the prices seem to be inflated and I am also having difficulty having buyers to commit to work with me (since I am new).  Also there are many home sellers that are pricing their homes competitively (turn key condition), but it seems that the majority in my area over price their homes thinking that the market will continue to rise significantly which I feel isn't sustainable.  I know a realtor is supposed to "sell" but I really want to be an advisor and help families to make a good decision.  If anyone might be able to direct me towards/provide any important/useful information, I'd be grateful!  I did have my real estate sales license for over 5 years as I was in commercial property management in Los Angeles, but I decided to make the jump into starting my own business for income purposes.  Anyway, its great to be a part of this community now and to have all this information available from Brandon and all the rest of you experienced investors.  Thanks so much!
