Been to RE workshops and being part of this site, the education just continues.Hoping to get some advice and pointers on how to (wholesale) buy/flip - buy/hold and create a consistent income stream for me and my wife first!

I was wondering if anybody here knows of any workshops in Massachusetts, mainly focusing on Wholesaling.

I quit my job and am essentially living off of the rental income from my home (I moved into a workshop on the property and rent out 8 bedrooms and another workshop on the property).
