From Southern California - New in Investing!

Hello to all! Just signed yesterday for PRO after Brandon's Podcast yesterday. Truly inspiring and educational. New in RE investing and wanting more to learn and educate myself and wife, so we don't work and make money for someone else anymore. I always tell myself now that "It's our time, this time"! Always wanting to do this years back but with growing family, it was difficult and put aside. But it's never too late, right?

Just looking at the forums and discussions, this community is great. Been to RE workshops and being part of this site, the education just continues.

Hoping to get some advice and pointers on how to (wholesale) buy/flip - buy/hold and create a consistent income stream for me and my wife first! If we become truly vested as RE investor, then I'll pay it forward to family, friends and communities.

Cheers to all!
