That's what I do and it's pretty easy to just do when you do have extra time and have a team of VAs manage for you.

I have my VAs pull lists from the auditor's site, skip trace them, and upload them to mojo.

My wife and I manage 21 vacation rentals and need to hire and train VAs in order to keep scaling.

.- Record yourself completing each of the repetitive tasks that you handle on a day-to-day basis so that you can use the recording as a training tool for future office assistants, receptionists, VAs, etc.- Scheduling links, like those offered with calendly or acuity, can save you hours each week when it comes to scheduling appointments with clients and vendors.- showingtime (or similar services depending on your mls) will save you hours or days from your week especially if you have a hot listing that everyone wants to see.

MTRs have more of a hospitality aspect then LTRs so I have a team of VAs who manages small to large maintenance requests from wifi slowing down to toilet replacements.
