We will be coming to town again for my son's DCI marching competition in August I believe, maybe we can grab a drink downtown and do a Bigger Pockets meetup.

We're thinking of possibly selling soon as our son will be off to college next year.

My 7yr old son does Futsal (indoor soccer) and his coach (who is a former professional futsal player) is looking for his own venue.

We resolved the issue by dealing with the son of the owner of the downstairs unit.

So instead of installing doors, I took my son to JiuJitsu class. :-)

I've also used them when I bought property from a friend and  when I was the mortgage holder for a house I bought for my son.

Can’t tell you how important it is to have your subs go ahead and purchase items as son as you get a permit if you are building.

For example he has a six unit building in ca that has a tenant of 25 years in it that tenants son which was born in the unit which he is now 24 and has been renting a unit in the building for 5 years.

Here’s my scenario:Parents have passed away and left 2 sons their primary residence (which was in a family trust).

My son owns an immaculate 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse, is moving out of state for work, and is  looking for a good, responsible tennant to rent his beautiful home.
