Since you're using an FHA 203k loan and house hacking, focus on managing renovations efficiently to avoid delays and unexpected costs.

Not everyone wants to go through the process of purchasing a turnkey, but if that is your strategy then all the more power to you.

Piece of advice - when I started I wish I would have focused on my multifamily niche/expertise from day one vs trying to be the agent for everyone (flippers, STR buyers, land, etc). 

Focus on investing and managing well, not protecting yourself from the boogie man.

The treasury secretary is very focused on the 10 year rate. 

If you can't shape yourself into a solution maker the cold hard truth is this isn't for you and you'd be better focusing time and energy elsewhere.
