Finishing our degrees?

Posted

My husband and I did about a year and a half of college before moving up to KS. He decided to switch to a finance degree with the goal of financial advising and real estate investing.

He can spend the next few years-ish getting a finance degree through an online school while working part time, but he just got offered a full time position helping with sales for a local wholesale real estate company.

We have around 20k in savings we're hoping to do our first BRRR with using a FHA loan in the future. We were wondering if it would be best for him to get the degree or to drop out and focus on making money and getting experience in real estate instead (or try and do both)?
