I was scouting out towns in Rockland and Orange Counties, but (as some of you may have already guessed), the prices of homes in the area are ridiculous.

But I feel like the extra leg work in being a landlord isn’t that bad because the process is pretty simple.

Its most common colors are black, white, yellow, and orange.

Thinking outside the box is how you get a leg up in this competitive multifamily market.

If its just spec we usually take about 5 months.. production buys bang them out in  3 to 4 months but build quality is apples and oranges my product to theirs.

Also, the repairs that the property management company does, they charge me arm and a leg to do the repairs so now i have started hiring people on my own outside to do my repairs which has helped with costs. 

He did not reply and kept insulting me.Then he sent a picture of him in the stairs outside where he apparently fell and hurt his leg.
