Do you wash the comforter, shower mat, and shower curtain in between guests/tenants? We operate primarily as an MTR but will use the STR model to fill awkward gaps.

Hi Nicole! I agree with @Calvin Baughman. I think the cleaner the better and always wash/replace anything that could bother your next guest. Besides extra amenities, better furniture, location etc. I think the best way to separate yourself from your competitors in MTRs and STRs is the level of service your provide and the cleanliness/upkeep of your properties. The small extra investment of time/money in cleaning everything between stays (even swapping out a shower curtain for example) is worth the positive reviews/referrals you will receive from happy guests!
