I am handy and a quick learner, which will be beneficial as I plan to do most of the work on my first few flips until I have enough capital to hire contractors to allow me to focus on building the business.

Our problem is there is no in-between, we either go all out or we don't in terms of focus.My hyper focus got me well aquatinted with Tax Sales in a week (I'm a fast learner so long as I'm interested in the subject haha).

I am a slow learner.

I am also a great learner ad would love to increase my knowledge on the topic of notes, then hopefully move my way up to bigger better passive cash flow deals.
