I have also seen many business dealings ruin friendships and lead to poor family relationships, I would proceed with extreme caution.

They might not due to other relationships, like friendships or whatever, but if they are a Realtor they have an obligation to do so as contained in their ethics guidelines.

I don't care about your allegations of a conspiracy / friendship between Rush and the founder of The Sullivan Group.
