Man, you have like 7 post and in some of them, (this one) you talk about trying to help a friend out, and then in others, Phillip Madsen Quoted Posted: 12/14/2009 at 07:38PM 0 votes "I personally have always found that if you help friends out it usually ends up bad so i personally would not let a real estate transaction get in the way or possibility of it getting in the way ruin the friendship." doesnt make sense to me?

I have also seen many business dealings ruin friendships and lead to poor family relationships, I would proceed with extreme caution.
