I have a friend in trouble in Dublin Ohio he is doing a short sale and nobody is putting bids on it. The home will be accepted for under 50% of what he bought it for 4 years ago. I am looking into maybe buying if nobody else does and pick it up at rock bottom. The problem is if the housing market is still so bad how long will i have to hold it to get rid of it and will i be able to get renters in it in the mean time?

If you are familiar with the Dublin Ohio are will you tell me what you think of the housing market and if it is getting better any time soon in your opinion?
