I recommend looking outside your area and review who fits your profile the best.

Those who excel are generally focused on specific asset types whether it be Restaurant/Hospitality; Office, Industrial etc.

I would say okay, if I look at 100 deals and they fit 70% rule on all of them...

Or, is there a manual workaround like keeping track in a Google Sheet or Excel?
